Auglaize3D LLC may provide services including but not limited to:

• 3D printing 
• Custom product design 
• Prototyping 
• 3D printer repair and maintenance 
• Printer sales and resale 
• Accessories and replacement parts 
• Laser engraving and related fabrication services 

Services may change or expand at any time without notice.

All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may vary based on:

• Material usage 
• Print time 
• Design complexity 
• Repair difficulty 
• Shipping costs 
• Rush turnaround requests 

We reserve the right to adjust pricing before final approval of an order or repair.

Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of service or purchase.

We may require:

• Full payment upfront 
• Deposits for custom projects 
• Partial payment for special-order items 
• Payment plans for approved purchases 

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery, cancellation, or withholding of completed products/services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted files, measurements, and specifications are accurate.

By submitting files to us, you confirm that:

• You own the design rights, or 
• You have legal authorization to reproduce the design 

We reserve the right to refuse any project involving:

• Illegal content 
• Unsafe designs 
• Trademark or copyright infringement 
• Offensive or prohibited materials 

Minor variations in color, finish, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and manufacturing processes.

While we strive to complete repairs successfully, Auglaize3D LLC cannot guarantee all equipment can be repaired.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Diagnostics may reveal additional issues 
• Repair estimates may change 
• Previously modified machines may carry additional risks 
• Certain repairs could result in unforeseen failures due to existing wear, damage, or manufacturer defects 

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues unrelated to the requested repair.

Customers leave equipment, printers, accessories, and materials at their own risk.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage 
• Cosmetic wear 
• Manufacturer defects 
• Losses caused by hidden hardware or electrical issues 

Unclaimed property left longer than 60 days after notification may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• Material shortages 
• Equipment maintenance 
• Supplier delays 
• High order volume 
• Design revisions 
• Shipping carrier issues 

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Because many products are custom-made, custom orders are generally non-refundable.

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

• The wrong item was delivered 
• The product arrives damaged 
• There is a verified manufacturing defect 

Customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the item.

Used, modified, or damaged items caused by misuse are not eligible for refunds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auglaize3D LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages 
• Lost profits 
• Business interruption 
• Loss of data 
• Delayed production 
• Equipment failure after repair 
• Misuse of printed products 

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product involved.

All logos, branding, graphics, website content, product photos, and original designs created by Auglaize3D LLC remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce or resell proprietary designs without permission.

We may promote or resell third-party brands, printers, parts, and accessories.

Manufacturer warranties, specifications, and support policies are controlled by the original manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for third-party manufacturing defects beyond applicable reseller obligations.

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems 
• Upload malicious files or software 
• Use our website for unlawful purposes 
• Copy or scrape website content without permission 

We reserve the right to block or terminate access for misuse.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
